PRICES All prices in SEK, including taxes. The price that is on www.designista.se at the time of the purchase is the price that you will be charged. For up to date currency rates check www.forex.se or any other currency dealer. If you are resident outside the European Union you pay applicable taxes and custom fees according to your country’s policy.

PAYMENT Payment is made with charge and credit cards, such as Visa or MasterCard. Your order is sent when we’ve received the payment. If you have problems with the ordering any payment, contact us on info@designista.se and we will help you.

ORDER CONFIRMATION An automatic order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you registered when you placed your order. Shipping time within Europe is normally between 4-6 working days. Shipping outside EU normally takes 4-10 working days depending on country and custom clearance.

SHIPPING The shipping cost depends on where you live and the value of your order.

Europe:

  • Less than 100 SEK - 40 SEK
  • 101-500 SEK - 130 SEK
  • Over 501 SEK - 205 SEK

The rest of the world:

  • Less than 100 SEK - 50 SEK
  • 101-500 SEK - 160 SEK
  • Over 501 SEK - 250 SEK

RETURNING A PRODUCT Designista comply with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen and the European Union E-commerce directive which means that you can return a product within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied. If returning a product it must be in unchanged condition. If you use your right to return a product the shipping cost will be payed by you. The purchasing sum, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 30 days from when the product reached us. The products that we don’t keep in stock can not be returned. Textiles bought per meter can’t be returned.

TRANSPORT LIABILITY Designista is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the costumer. If shipment is damaged or lost when returning products you are responsible for loss or damage. We suggest that returning products are being shipped in the original container and that the shipment is insured.

COLOURS AND IMAGES We try to show the colours of the products as exact as possible but we cannot guarantee that the colours seen on screen are the same as in reality. How colours are perceived depend on your computer and your screen settings.
